What We Don’t Do
- We do not collect or store personal information (e.g. name, VIN, phone number).
- We invite you not to input any personal data in the chat. If any personal data is accidentally submitted, our system blocks or dismisses it.
- No personal data is used for profiling or shared with third parties.
Your Safety Is Built-In
- All user inputs are checked with advanced filters to prevent personal data collection.
- A temporary anonymous session ID helps you revisit your session history—but resets each time you leave the site.
- Feedback is anonymous and collected through rating buttons only (no free text).
Data Usage
- Your anonymous session data helps us:
- Improve AI answers.
- Show popular questions and next steps.
- Each session lasts until you keep the website open, this means that a new separate session, not linked to the previous one, will start if you visit the website again. We are not able to link inputs of different sessions.
