Please complete the application below to submit your information in order to provide you confirmation letter for outstanding campaigns (TOM 369 form). In order to be able to complete the application you need to have the Vehicle Identification Number (VIN) available. 

The certificate is issued by the representative or distributor of the manufacturer for the vehicle that is to be transferred, and concerns vehicles that have been registered in Cyprus(the date of first registration is the same as the date of registration in Cyprus).

Note: Provision of the confirmation will be charged at €25.
