At Lexus, we strive to create the finest customer experience and this extends to servicing your car. So when you choose Lexus to service your vehicle, we’ll reward your loyalty. Once your service is due, all you need to do is bring your Lexus in for a service and your Lexus Relax warranty will be renewed until your next service is due—up to 10 years vehicle age or 185,000 km (whichever comes first).

DRIVE CAREFREE

All eligible Lexus models coming in for a periodic service automatically receive a Lexus Relax extra warranty.

Eligible Criteria:

  • Your car must be over 2 years old or above 85,000km.
  • The remaining manufacturer's warranty must be less than 1 year or less than 15,000km.
  • Vehicle is less than 10 years old and below 185,000km.

 

WARRANTY DURATION

With Lexus Relax, your extra warranty will be valid from the date of your service until your next service is due—usually 12 months or 15,000 km—whichever comes first. For more information, ask your retailer of refer to your car manual for recommended service intervals.

All Lexus models that have been sold as new (1st registration) by Lexus Cyprus and with age up to 10 years and with mileage less than 185,000 km, are eligible for Lexus Relax.Used cars can also benefit from Lexus Relax, regardless of the number of previous owners. Used vehicles will receive Lexus Relax when a service is completed, provided they are free of any defects at the completion of the service.Lexus Relax also applies to every type of engine, from self-charging hybrid to conventional petrol and diesel or even new advanced battery electric vehicles.

The Lexus Relax warranty will cover almost all mechanical, electric, electronic defects in terms of labour and spare parts.It will not cover the Hybrid or EV battery (these are covered up to 10 years, through the Hybrid Health Check, that is performed anyway as part of the service), wear and tear items, bodywork, paint, interior trims, and service parts.

As a Lexus owner you need to continue servicing your car at our Lexus centre. Your 12-month warranty will be applied from the date of your completed service until your next due service.
