Position Summary:

As a Lexus Service Advisor, you will be the first point of contact for customers who require advice on service and repairs to their vehicle. You will ensure that customers receive prompt, courteous and effective service while establishing personal relationships which allow effective communication and effective customer queries with the target to have excellent customer satisfaction.

You will be reporting directly to the Lexus Workshop Manager and be part of Lexus team. You will get trained on all you need to know about Lexus customer standards and ensure the best personalized customer experience possible.

What your main responsibilities will be as a Service Advisor:

  • Greet customers in a prompt and courteous manner.
  • Schedule service appointments and collect vehicle information.
  • Cleary communicate and explain to customers about requested service repairs and service progress.
  • Estimate the cost and time needed for repairs.
  • Follow Lexus customer standards and procedures.
  • Organize any administrative tasks that are required.
  • Resolve customer concerns or complaints with detailed explanation and ensure customer expectations are met.

 

What we are looking for:

  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Prior experience in a customer service position in the automotive or hospitality industry will be considered an advantage.
  • Fluency in both Greek and English.
  • Ability to work within a team and be a fast learner.
  • Friendly and courteous personality.
  • Good computer skills (e.g., MS Word, PowerPoint, and Excel)
